Partner program

Make every transformation project stick.
Earn recurring revenue doing it.

Add in-app adoption to the change, ERP, CRM and digital transformation projects you already run. Stronger proposals, more billable services, and commission on every licence sold.

What you bring your clients

Adoption your clients can actually measure.

You don't just deliver a tool — you deliver outcomes. Lemon gives your clients in-app guidance that cuts support load, replaces classroom training, and keeps content up to date.

Partner economics

Three ways to earn on every project.

Recurring commission on the licences you bring, plus billable services before, during and after the project.

Recurring commission on every licence you bringPaid year after year — not just at signature. The more your clients adopt, the more you earn.
Before the deal

Open the conversation

Bring Lemon into your proposal from the framing stage. Billable services: usage diagnostics and tool usage audits and commission starts on the licences you bring.

During the project

Deliver more value

Billable services that strengthen your delivery: in-app content creation, business workshops, and adoption governance set-up.

After go-live

Build recurring run

Stay in the account: adoption steering through analytics, licence and SaaS portfolio optimisation, and continuous journey improvement.

Where you win business

Three moments where Lemon strengthens your offer.

You already run these projects. Lemon turns them into a differentiator and a recurring revenue stream.

Major change projects around a tool

Examples: Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Ivalua, in-house tools.

When to propose it: from scoping or RFP, to secure adoption and project ROI.

What you gain: a differentiator in your proposal, added services, and recurring run around optimisation.

Version upgrades & tool refresh

Examples: SAP upgrade, new CRM releases, procurement portal redesign, DMS/PLM evolution, HRIS migration.

When to propose it: when the client has usage history, saturated support, or fears a "big-bang training".

What you gain: a credible alternative to retraining everyone, plus usage diagnostics and targeted support to sell.

Digital transformation programs

Examples: digital workplace, data programs, finance/procurement modernisation, multi-tool industrial transformation.

When to propose it: when several tools and populations are impacted and a cross-cutting adoption layer is needed.

What you gain: a shared adoption "rail" for the whole program, tooled governance, global analytics, a recurring relationship.

Why Lemon

An adoption platform built to make you look good.

The right partner doesn't add complexity. It helps you deliver faster and stay neutral across your clients' stack.

Independent by design

Lemon isn't owned by an ERP or CRM vendor. You stay neutral across your clients' tech stack, no conflict of interest, whatever they run.

Works on everything

Web, desktop (SAP GUI, Citrix), SaaS and in-house tools. 50% of our projects run on tools clients built themselves where most platforms stop.

One platform, every app

In-app guidance, communication, content creation, analytics and governance across the whole application portfolio, from a single console.

A full project team

Functional PM, IT PM, learning engineers and year-round support. You deliver at scale without staffing every role yourself.

How we work together

A two-way partnership, not a reseller contract.

We bring you deals and stand next to you in front of the client. You're set up to sell and deliver from day one.

Shared deal flow

We surface accounts and opportunities to you, and you to us with monthly pipeline reviews, both directions.

Lemon in your pre-sales

We join your demos, scoping and pricing whenever you need us. You're never alone in front of the client.

Get certified

Hybrid, on-site or remote training with certification, so your teams present, demo and deliver Lemon autonomously.

Backed all year

Unlimited CSM support, monthly webinars, an LMS and a partner community to share wins and best practices.

Frequently asked

Partner program FAQs.

Who can become a Lemon Learning partner? +

Consultancies, system integrators and software vendors who run change, ERP, CRM, HRIS or digital transformation projects — and want to add adoption to their offer. Whether you deliver full projects or simply refer opportunities, there's a model that fits.

How do commissions work? +

You earn recurring commission on the licences you bring — paid year after year, not just at signature. We agree the exact terms with each partner. On top of that, you bill your own services (usage diagnostics, content creation, governance, run) before, during and after the project.

Do I need technical skills to work with Lemon Learning? +

No. Lemon is no-code: guides, tooltips and in-app messages are built in a visual editor, directly in the application, without development. Initial setup is a single JavaScript snippet (or browser extension) your client's IT adds in minutes. Your team's work stays functional and pedagogical, not technical.

What does the certification process look like? +

We train your teams — hybrid, on-site or remote — and certify them to present, demo and deliver Lemon on their own. Certification keeps you autonomous on sales and delivery, with our team available whenever you need backup.

Can I use Lemon Learning for demos or pre-sales? +

Yes. We support you in pre-sales — joining demos, scoping and pricing — and certified partners can run their own demos. You can show Lemon live in your client's context as part of your proposal.

Who handles technical integration with clients? +

Integration is light — a snippet or browser extension validated by your client's IT. Depending on the project, you or Lemon can lead it; either way our team stays available for any technical question, all year round.

Do you offer co-marketing opportunities? +

Yes. Joint content and events, two-way lead sharing, and access to the Lemon community — webinars, partner events and an LMS. We surface opportunities to you as much as you bring them to us.
